Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to maintain existing client relationships and build new ones through the identification of business opportunities. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, acting as a customer advocate, and collaborating with management to support our business in delivering quality and efficient services.

About Us

Vetnostics Pathology Laboratory Services is a specialist veterinary pathology laboratory dedicated to providing diagnostic pathology services to veterinarians. Our team consists of experienced veterinary pathologists offering a wide range of testing services including biochemistry, haematology, microbiology, endocrinology, serology, histopathology, and cytology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and improving existing customer relationships.
  • Building new customer relationships.
  • Strengthening and building market position by identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Providing customer support and acting as a customer advocate covering all areas of service delivery.
  • Collaborating with management to support our business in delivering quality and efficient services.
  • Networking and attending relevant events such as Continuing Education Sessions and Marketing and Promotional Events.
  • Meeting required behavioral and financial KPIs as determined by the business.
