The ideal candidate will be responsible for the proactive management of benefits, investigating and identifying entitlements, and ensuring fair outcomes in line with legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Investigate and determine benefits in line with legislative requirements.
  • Review claims to ensure accurate outcomes.
  • Identify required information for impairment assessments.
  • Communicate and action outcomes within specified timeframes.

Requirements:

  • Previous Workers Compensation/Claims Management experience.
  • Strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
  • Exceptional decision-making skills and critical analysis abilities.
  • Able to interpret case law and passionate about gaining knowledge of Impairment Assessment Guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology.
