Job Role: Facility Asset Maintenance Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies aligned with technical plans.
  • Coordinate maintenance operations, ensuring effective inter-departmental communication.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and external service providers to manage asset risk and support operational objectives.
  • Lead initiatives promoting a strong safety culture and zero-harm work environment.
  • Manage contractors and maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with site procedures and permits.
  • Provide technical support and continuously improve maintenance processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in asset maintenance across infrastructure, rail, facilities, or relevant industries.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams, projects, and maintenance operations.
  • Proficient in computerized maintenance management systems (Maximo highly regarded) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Solid understanding of safety regulations, permits, and safe work documentation (JSEA, SWMS).
  • Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and deliver cost efficiencies.
