**About Iron Creek Farm Stay**

Located on the doorstep of the Tasman Peninsula and just 40 minutes' drive from Hobart, Iron Creek Bay Farm Stay is a premium farm-stay experience providing guests the opportunity to reconnect with nature, enjoy local produce and to relax in beautifully presented accommodation featuring 91 rooms.

**About The Role**

**Key Duties**
- Serving, mixing, and serving a selection of premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Delivering exceptionally warm hospitality to our patrons in the bar and restaurant.
- Maintaining the bar and service areas, as well as storing, rotating, and managing bar stock.
- Receiving deliveries and assisting with monthly stocktake.
- Waiting tables and delivering food and drinks.
- Making exceptional coffees and beverages
- Washing up and general cleaning
- Basic food preparation and safety
- Cash handling and register operation
- Provision of excellent customer service
- Knowledge of Food Safety requirements

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 24 per week
