Councils Assets, Capital and Facilities unit sits within the City Services directorate and focuses on the management of Cumberland Local Government Area.

Cumberland City Council owns and operates four Aquatic Centres and two Fitness facilities across the area providing recreational services to the community.

The primary objective of this role is to deliver a quality customer experience and act as a first point of contact for all swim centre related enquiries and bookings.

The successful applicant will be required to:

  • Hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Be in possession of a current First Aid Certificate
  • Demonstrate ability to work within a team environment
  • Utilise excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Exhibit strong time management and organisational ability
  • Have experience dealing with customer enquiries and complaints
  • Have experience using leisure management software
  • Have experience in database management and report writing
