Job Title: Agricultural Merchandise Manager

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales and inventory performance, making a significant difference for Australian farmers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and inventory performance in agricultural merchandise to meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with store management, agronomists and sales teams to provide support and mentorship.
  • Develop pricing strategies, oversee stock levels and conduct marketing initiatives to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, climatic and seasonal considerations to inform product promotions and new chemistry/product delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong technical background, experience in pricing and margin management, and ability to network and identify opportunities for business development.
  • Foster solid long-term relationships through excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
