Salesforce Administrator Role Overview

The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our collaborative team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the successful set up and ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce platform.

As a key platform for managing students internally, the role will enable teams to deliver exceptional customer service and student experience.

  • Administer and support Salesforce across the organisation
  • Implement enhancements, updates, and workflow improvements
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and user access management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party providers
What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-4 years of Salesforce admin experience
  • ADM 201 certification
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data management
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
