  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Use data and user feedback to advise product decisions and iterate on solutions.
  • Ensure product compliance with APAC-specific insurance regulations and data privacy standards.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years' experience in a product owner or business analyst role (ideally in digital, FinTech, or insurance sectors).
  • Proven understanding of digital platforms, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication and partner leadership skills.
  • Comfortable using product tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics dashboards.
  • Familiarity with APAC insurance regulations, GDPR, or cybersecurity standard processes is a bonus.
  • Insurance or broking platform knowledge
  • Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred; Having Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.

Why Join Us?

You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that's passionate about digital innovation in the insurance space.

We offer flexible hybrid working, opportunities for growth, and the chance to work on relevant products that impact customers across the APAC region.
