We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our team at HONAN (Real Estate) in Sydney. This hybrid role will involve working at least three days a week in the office, providing high-quality client service and managing client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate and Partner for Client Value: Manage long-term relationships with key clients, implement renewal strategies, and investigate new business opportunities.
  • Inspire with Operational Excellence: Oversee the training and development of team members, ensuring high-quality client service and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Satisfy and Reach with New Technologies: Manage documentation, maintain technical knowledge across multiple product lines, and ensure seamless service delivery across quoting, renewals, and claims.
  • Share Knowledge through Data and Analytics: Input client information into business systems, gather data for renewals, and monitor service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 qualifications or willingness to obtain
  • 1-2 years of general insurance industry experience
  • Broad knowledge of customer service standards
  • Technical Insurance/Broking skills in accordance with RG 146 requirements
  • ANZIIF Certified
