Job Opportunity: Heavy Lift & Transport Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic team leader to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our Heavy Lift & Transport projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with industry best practices, specifications, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee financial processes, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Manage contract administration, risk assessment, and project preparation to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Take ownership of progressively larger and more complex projects, showcasing expertise and capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management with qualifications in Project Management or a related field.
  • Fluent English proficiency verbal and written, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in Logistics, Mechanical, or Civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, mining.
  • Strong understanding of heavy lift and transport logistics, equipment handling, and operational requirements.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and foster a positive work environment.
