Job Title: Asset Management Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Asset Management professional to lead the development and implementation of asset management strategies, plans, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a financially sustainable data-driven asset management system
  • Manage the asset register with accurate condition, geographic information systems (GIS), and financial data
  • Coordinate annual renewal planning and long-term investment programs
  • Oversee asset data collection and condition assessments
  • Provide expert advice and reporting on asset performance and lifecycle management
  • Drive system improvements, training, and process documentation

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Asset Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in developing asset management plans and managing asset systems
  • Strong skills in GIS and data analysis
  • Experience with capitalization, asset valuation, and long-term investment planning
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, flexible, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with enterprise resource planning systems desirable
