About our Coffee Roastery

Job Opportunity

This is a full-time, fixed term contract with an immediate start. As a Coffee Roasting Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pack and prepare orders for dispatch
  • Prepare coffee beans and gain insights into roasting fundamentals (with training provided)
  • Deliver coffee to customers across Sydney
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene in the roastery and warehouse
  • Support daily operations that keep production on track

You will work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Your role will require physical stamina, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A friendly manner and great communication skills
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new systems
  • A full driver's license (forklift license is an added bonus)
  • Coffee or warehouse experience is a plus
  • Any trade or technical experience would be beneficial
