Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role working in multi-outlet food and beverage operations in a luxury resort or high-end hospitality setting.
  • A commercial mindset with proven results in cost control and operational excellence.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
