As an IT Service Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects within our organization. With a focus on Scrum, Project Scope Management, and IT Service Management, this hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can manage requirements and lead delivery management efforts effectively.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This position involves overseeing the delivery of IT projects, managing scope, timelines, and quality standards, and implementing Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage project scope by defining and controlling project requirements and deliverables.
  2. Ensure IT service management processes are adhered to, improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  3. Lead the requirements management process, ensuring all stakeholder needs are captured and addressed.
  4. Drive delivery management efforts to ensure projects meet organizational goals and objectives.
  5. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
  • Experience with Cisco Switches, Cisco Routers, and Azure Cloud.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or ITIL Foundation Certification is highly desirable.
