Support Excellence in Disability Care

Casual roles are available for dedicated professionals to join our team and support individuals living with disabilities.

We are seeking energetic and experienced Disability Support Workers to provide person-centered care and support to enable individuals to reach their potential and achieve their goals. The successful applicants will demonstrate initiative, work collaboratively, and build positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and fellow staff members.

About the Role:

This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities. You will be supporting individuals in various settings, including supported accommodation and community access programs. A strong understanding of the principles of person-centered support is essential, along with the ability to develop and work within individual plans.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Certificate III in Disability or Home and Community Services or equivalent experience;
  • Previous experience in actively supporting people with disabilities;
  • A strong understanding of issues involved in working with people with disabilities;
  • Competence in developing and/or working within the framework of individual plans;
  • A current first aid certificate and a valid driver's license;
  • The ability to complete a pre-employment medical and obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
