Singleton, Australia National Disability Care Full time

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable **Disability Support Worker** to provide consistent **in-home and family-focused support** for an NDIS participant located in **Singleton, NSW**.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with general household tasks (dishes, laundry, tidying)
- Support with basic **meal preparation and cooking**:

- Provide friendly, child-aware presence and basic assistance with young children
- Maintain a calm, respectful, and safe atmosphere in the home
- Encourage independence, routine, and daily living skills
- Communicate effectively with the care coordination team

Position Details:

- **In-person role based in Singleton, NSW**:

- **2 x shifts per week (2 hours minimum per shift)**:

- Weekday mornings preferred, some flexibility available
- Approx. **4-6 hours per week**:

- Ongoing casual position

Essential Criteria:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (valid)
- Working with Childrens Check (valid)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (completed)
- First Aid and CPR (required)
- Current driver licence and access to transport
- Experience in home-based disability support or community care
- **Respect for Christian values and participant’s family environment**

Pay & Benefits:

- **$33.96 per hour**:
