Role Overview

The Stakeholder and Partnerships Adviser will manage the execution of strategic partnerships and stakeholder activities that amplify the reach, visibility and impact of MOST.

This role involves leading and managing strategic partnerships to promote MOST and other products, ensuring alignment, mutual value and clear communication of expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serving as the primary contact for key partners, representing us professionally and delivering partnership activities, events and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborating internally with product, strategy, communications and implementation teams to align partner activities with national MOST priorities and other products.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices and emerging opportunities to inform business development strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, product managers and delivery teams.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and partnerships management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and project management skills.
  • A strong network of contacts within the mental health sector.
