Digital Care Specialist

As a Digital Care Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering support to customers over digital channels.
- Resolve customer enquiries through live chat, email, social media, and voice mail follow-up.
- Maintain a professional yet friendly engagement with customers during interactions.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience as measured by quality assurance, customer service surveys, first contact resolution rate, and other performance metrics.
This is a dynamic environment where you will work collaboratively as part of a team of experts to deliver world-class support to our customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a customer-centric mindset, a proactive attitude, and the ability to focus on solutions rather than problems.
We are looking for someone who has at least 12 months of experience in a Customer Service environment, an advanced understanding of computer applications, and experience using web-based CRM systems.
