Short Term Rental Sales

A dynamic and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced reservations coordinator to join a successful short term accommodation business in Sydney.

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating bookings across our portfolio of luxury properties in prime locations. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Coordinating bookings and ensuring seamless communication with guests and homeowners.
  • Updating calendars, availability, minimum night stays and tariffs to ensure accurate pricing and smooth operations.
  • Training new owners on the use of our online platform (Owner Link) to streamline their experience.
  • Monitoring property usage to identify areas for improvement and contribute to operational initiatives.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience in real estate, travel, hospitality or similar industries.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to build strong relationships with guests and homeowners.
  • A current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
