Job Title

This role will involve overseeing the general management of a national commercial and retail portfolio, leading a dedicated team, and building strong relationships with clients and landlords.

The successful candidate will be responsible for positioning and protecting the investment performance of the portfolio, ensuring profitability through diligent and professional management.

Responsibilities
  • Protecting and enhancing the value of the portfolio
  • Facilitating resources and promoting an overall team effort to maintain services and resolve property issues
  • Liaising regularly with owners regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations and conducting negotiations in a timely and professional manner
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • At least 8 years' experience in property management
  • A Class 1 Real Estate license or equivalent
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and foster key relationships and work in a highly team-oriented environment
