Housekeeping Lead

Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual to lead our team in delivering exceptional housekeeping services. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, strong business acumen, and effective communication skills.

The successful candidate will be committed to contributing to a seamless guest experience, possess high attention to detail, and maintain inventory levels and respond to guest complaints.

In this role, you will supervise and coordinate all housekeeping functions, lead and train the team, ensure room productivity is maintained, and prepare staff schedules.
