Job Description

This role plays a pivotal part in driving process efficiency and improving operational performance across multiple business stakeholders, clients, and commercial partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing initiatives to remove process complexity and waste, identifying constraints, and conducting root cause analysis and problem rectification.

They will also be tasked with delivering a continuously improving customer satisfaction and business quality outcome by streamlining workflow approaches, optimising processes, and increasing productivity and revenue while reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivating and building relationships across all levels of the organisation from frontline staff through to senior leadership and commercial partners.
  • Supporting key projects that contribute to the overall success of the broader business.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying change initiatives and experience in implementing them, along with systems and process redesign. They should be proficient in Design Thinking and experienced in implementation within a Lean and Agile methodology.

Additionally, they should possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to produce high-quality artefacts such as process flows, user stories, business requirements, and status reports.

Experience leading people or a team, coaching and development, and demonstrated success in delivering programs on time and meeting measurable outcomes are also essential.
