About This Role

This is a maximum-term full-time position based in Brisbane, offering flexible hybrid working arrangements from our CBD office. As part of our team, you'll be part of a supportive and inclusive workplace culture, committed to fostering a diverse and safe environment.

We are looking for an individual with a demonstrated ability to develop, write, update, and maintain policies and procedures, with experience in supporting process improvement and managing documentation in a structured environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing standardized processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Refining and maintaining process documentation to improve clarity, efficiency, and compliance with best practice
  • Assisting the Philanthropy and Research teams in optimizing donor management workflows and developing philanthropy proposal templates and tools and supporting procedures
  • Supporting revenue operations projects by enhancing processes, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Developing training materials and other change communications to support process adoption
