Job Opportunity for Senior Town Planner

Knight Frank Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to join their Sydney CBD practice on a full-time permanent basis.

  • Role Overview :
  • This newly-created role will see you win and deliver work across planning proposals, development applications, rezoning land, whilst also providing strategic and policy advice to public and private clients.
  • As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results and contributing to the growth and success of the business.

About the Job :

  • The successful candidate will have 5-10 years' experience as a Senior DA Planner or Senior Strategic Planner, with a background in town planning consultancy or having worked for a State / Local Government entity.
  • You will bring enthusiasm, drive, and the ability to integrate into our growing business.
  • A strong understanding of government policies and new initiatives is essential, as well as developed relationships across the government sector.

  • Win and deliver work across planning proposals, development applications, rezoning land.
  • Provide strategic and policy advice to public and private clients.
