Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our dynamic team as a Culture and Talent Advisor. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to a mission-driven environment that prioritizes inclusion, employee wellbeing, and community engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality HR support and expert advice across the organization, collaborating closely with leaders and staff on matters including talent management, employee relations, performance development, and policy implementation.
  • Spearhead initiatives for shaping a values-driven culture and fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in complex or people-focused settings.
  • Thorough understanding of employment legislation, enterprise agreements, and HR processes.
  • Ability to deliver trusted advice on employee matters, encompassing performance management and employee wellbeing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage competing priorities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with payroll or return-to-work coordination is desirable.
  • Experience in health, community, or non-profit sectors will be highly regarded.
