About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Embedded Systems Software Developer to join our team.

This individual will design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions for embedded systems, with a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability.

They will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate external communication protocols, including Ethernet and serial, and ensure seamless system integration.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to break down complex tasks into manageable chunks, and participate in collaborative peer review of code and designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality embedded C code to interface power electronics for LED lighting products.
  • Design software architectures with consideration for real-time constraints, processing throughput, execution context, electrical protocols, data coherence, and concurrency.
  • Integrate external communication protocols, including Ethernet and serial.

Collaboration and Communication:
We value collaboration and open communication. The successful candidate will participate in Agile Retrospectives to evolve the team's process in a continuous improvement cycle and appreciate collaborative peer review of code and designs.

Teamwork and Problem-Solving:
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and participate in peer review of code and designs.

Requirements:

  • Experience with embedded systems development and firmware development.
  • Strong knowledge of C programming language.
