Regional Sales Director

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for Nintex within specific geographical sales territories.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales revenue growth in region via partners and direct sales team
- Recruit, induct, and manage Nintex partners to meet or exceed sales targets
- Create and implement sales plans in conjunction with management team
- Achieve sales revenue targets and develop, manage, and report on sales pipeline within territory
- Create and sell vertical market solutions and horizontal applications
- Leverage partner ecosystem to build pipeline and drive sales
- Identify and coordinate key performance indicators with technical evangelist team
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nintex products and work closely with sales operations to ensure visibility of leading and lagging indicators
- Work with product marketing for sales readiness and ensure all Nintex business with partners is fair, honest, and consistent
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or business or related field
- Proven experience in channel partner management in SaaS industry (7+ years)
- In-depth knowledge of SaaS solutions and their applications
- Strong understanding of industry/market and its challenges
- Excellent customer relationships and engagement skills
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and other key performance metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Customer-centric mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high level of trust and integrity
