Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will apply your clinical reasoning skills to support individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support to clients
  • Perform assessments depending on your area of expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including employees, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals
  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans based on service delivery outcomes

Requirements:
  • Current registration or membership with relevant industry bodies
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy, or Social Work
  • Clinical reasoning and ability to engage across teams
  • Passion for helping people rehabilitate and occupational rehabilitation experience

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work autonomously, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
