Product Packaging Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Packaging Specialist to play a critical role in the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with packaging area managers, team leaders, operators, and maintenance team members to achieve department output targets.
  • Maximise cost effectiveness of packaging processes and resources.
  • Identify process and equipment improvement projects using technology and automation.
  • Promote a safe workplace by complying with company instructions and processes.
  • Contribute to a motivated workforce through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Ensure Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance by following policies and procedures.
  • Implement Continuous Improvement opportunities and participate in Operational Excellence workshops and training.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry is highly regarded.
  • Experience in FMCG packaging from fill systems including bottle filling / sealing / moulding and downstream ancillary packaging equipment.
  • Technical documentation skills such as URS, IQOQ, and technical drawings will also be highly regarded.
