Logistics Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating crew and vehicle logistics across a wide range of live events, from concerts and TV shoots to corporate productions.

  • Experience in crew scheduling, event logistics, or operations coordination.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle competing priorities.
  • Confidence using scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and booking systems.
