Job Summary
Our organization is seeking an experienced Events Manager to oversee the planning and execution of high-impact events in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic event plans in collaboration with the Head of Marketing
- Conceive and deliver exceptional brand activations, encompassing samplings, trade shows, and events
- Provide support to distribution partners by supplying branded assets for trade and hospitality events
- Oversee logistical aspects such as vendor coordination, venue selection, budgeting, and on-site execution
- Lead event marketing, registration, sponsorship, and audience engagement initiatives
- Measure and report on event effectiveness for ongoing improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5 years of experience in event planning and management is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of the beverage industry is essential
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills are required
