Employment Opportunities Specialist

The In-Work Support Coach plays a pivotal role in empowering clients to achieve their employment goals. This includes provision of guidance and administrative support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that foster long-term employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with employers, clients, and team members to maintain employment
- Maintain internal and external stakeholder relations, promoting collaboration between stakeholders on decisions and communication
- Assist with management of claims
- Escalate risks or concerns through appropriate channels
- Ensure compliance with industry standards by passing audits and adhering to internal policies and procedures
This role will support clients based out of Ballarat and Eureka regions.
What You Need:
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced administration environment
- Proven experience working with targets and KPIs
- Ability to problem-solve and implement new strategies
