Swimming Coach for Adults

This role involves delivering tailored coaching sessions under a clear framework to support adult swimmers from nervous beginners to developing athletes.

  • Coach adults in small groups and privates with goal-aligned sessions
  • Use a mobile application to check in swimmers, record notes and manage rosters
  • Provide technical cues, set practice goals and track progress
  • Enforce water safety and apply basic injury-prevention practices
  • Assist with lane placement and session setup/pack-down
  • Contribute to our social presence by capturing consented photos and updates
  • Participate in mentoring and professional development with senior coaches; adopt curriculum and session standards

Required qualifications include current First Aid, CPR certification, full Australian working rights, proficiency in using the designated application and Working With Children Check/National Police Check.
