About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will lead a team that delivers a diverse portfolio of interior works and minor projects. Your responsibilities will involve managing your own personal projects and ensuring the workload of your team is balanced within this busy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the design, testing and fine-tuning of procurement frameworks
  • Managing procurement changes to ensure a fair distribution of work to panel members
  • Bringing the team on board

You will ideally have a relevant tertiary qualification with substantial experience in the management of minor works contracts. With well-developed leadership, communication and negotiation skills, you will be able to develop sound working relationships with a range of stakeholders and effectively manage your team.
