Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Structural Engineer to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our engineers across various disciplines to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for clients.

  • Contribute to structural design for power infrastructure projects including substations, transmission line structures, foundations, switchyards, and renewable energy assets.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that support the transition to a more resilient and sustainable energy network.
  • Develop and mentor junior engineers, and provide technical expertise and client-facing skills.
  • Work collaboratively across disciplines, utilising strong problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges.
Key ResponsibilitiesStructural Design

You will be responsible for contributing to structural design for power infrastructure projects, including:

  • Substations
  • Transmission line structures
  • Fundations
  • Switchyards
  • Renewable energy assets
Team Collaboration

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that support the transition to a more resilient and sustainable energy network.

Mentorship and Development

You will develop and mentor junior engineers, providing technical expertise and client-facing skills.

Problem-Solving

You will utilise strong problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges, working collaboratively across disciplines.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering
  • Experience in structural design within a professional services or consulting environment
  • Strong understanding of structural design principles for power infrastructure
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and motivated individual with a passion for continuous learning
