Join Our Cleaning Team

We are seeking a diligent and organized Team Member to join our Proactive Services team at Woolworths Narrabri North. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our store.

About the Role
  • This is a part-time and casual opportunity that offers flexibility to work early mornings (starting at 10am) or late nights (finishing at 10pm), including weekends.
  • You will be responsible for completing specific cleaning tasks on a schedule, collecting trolleys, and supporting the store with waste processing routines.
What You'll Do

As a Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Completing tasks allocated to you in the daily planner such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team rooms.
  • Collecting trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.
  • Working across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
  • Providing excellent customer service by answering questions or providing directions in-store.
Requirements
  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks. The ability to comfortably handle the physical requirements of the role is crucial to ensure success and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
  • A good eye for cleanliness and small details.
Estimated Salary: $25-$30 per hourBenefits
