About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical supports to individuals with disabilities in home and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment, intervention, and reporting services to clients with disabilities
  • Develop and implement therapy plans to support clients' goals and outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct home and community visits to provide services and support

Requirements

  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities and the NDIS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
