About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Sydney, providing high-quality clinical supports in home or community settings. As a key member of our team, you will work with people with disabilities, providing assessment, intervention, reporting, therapy planning, and clinical recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, intervention, and reporting services to clients in home or community settings.
- Develop and implement therapy plans to support clients' goals and outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates to therapy plans to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
Requirements
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working with people with disabilities, preferably in the NDIS sector.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
