Project Coordinator Role

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to lead the execution of Service Jobs from a commercial and technical perspective. This role involves ensuring that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute Service Jobs in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and control project progress and resource utilization.
  • Oversee project invoicing status, costs, expenses, and cash flow.
  • Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage risks associated with projects.
  • Ensure that opportunities are identified and pursued, lessons learned are captured, analyzed, and shared throughout the project.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to procure required materials, services, and equipment for the project.
  • Act as a key contact for customers and escalate project issues as necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing service projects.
  • Good knowledge of High Voltage product drawings (primary/schematics) reading and understanding.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with leadership capability.
