Job Summary

A Service Advisor is required to provide exceptional customer service, determine customer requirements and assist in the selection of solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and a keen interest in developing into a high-quality Service Advisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch guest services, determining customer requirements and assisting in the selection of solutions, and developing and maintaining relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities include assisting customers with bookings, enquiries and service scheduling over the phone, in person and via email, processing orders, invoices and payments, and liaising with customers, sales representatives and service technicians to determine repair and service timelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Determine customer requirements and select suitable solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Provide expert advice on bookings, enquiries and service scheduling
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with customers, sales representatives and service technicians to achieve seamless communication and timely resolutions

Requirements:
  • Possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Have mechanical knowledge and/or experience (highly regarded)
  • Display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
