Role Description

We seek a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to lead our brand-new shop at The Pines Shopping Centre, Doncaster. This full-time, on-site position is responsible for all aspects of store operations, from managing staff and ensuring outstanding customer experiences to overseeing inventory, visual merchandising, and store events.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the store's identity within the community, achieving sales targets, and fostering a love of reading.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  2. Manage daily store operations, including staffing, rostering, and performance.
  3. Oversee inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels.
  4. Plan and execute engaging store events and community outreach.
  5. Ensure visual merchandising is inviting and aligned with brand standards.
  6. Achieve sales, profitability, and loss prevention goals.
