As an ACAT Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing expert nursing and/or midwifery services across diverse health service settings, supported by experience and/or advanced studies.
You will develop from competent to proficient practitioner, ensuring high standards of practice and mentoring less experienced staff.
Key Responsibilities:

- Take charge of the development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the LCLHN Aged Care Assessment program.
- Provide specialist knowledge and skills in the field of aged care assessment, enhancing team capabilities and ensuring excellence in patient care.

About YouYou must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate with at least 3 years post-registration experience or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.
You will have extensive experience in aged care service provision, including working with individuals/carers who have dementia or mental health problems and their families.
Experience in the supervision of student nurses, enrolled nurses, and less experienced registered nurses.
Experience in management and leadership roles.
