Key Business Development Role
We are currently seeking a driven and skilled Business Development Executive to help drive and develop new business across our portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new business opportunities through outbound sales, developing and executing key strategies to achieve income targets, and driving revenue growth while enhancing the customer experience.
Job Description:
Deliver allocated budget and occupancy across all relevant income lines; CML, media, and storage. Develop and execute key strategies to achieve stretch income targets and opportunities. Identify key market and business trends to drive first-to-market retail experiences and leverage emerging retail categories.
Requirements:
- A background in sales or business development with a proven track record generating new business income and delivering initiatives to consistently meet targets.
- Passionate, self-motivated, and driven to proactively canvas the market to secure new business opportunities, with the ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Meticulous financial management and budgeting skills.
