About the Role:
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS
  • SUPPORT BUSINESS UNIT HEADS WITH COMMERCIAL INSIGHTS
  • LEAD ANNUAL BUDGET AND MONTHLY FORECASTING PROCESSES
  • ENSURE THE DELIVERY OF MONTH-END PROCESS ACROSS REGIONS
  • CONSOLIDATE MONTHLY FINANCIAL RESULTS
  • SUPPORT THE HEAD OF FINANCE FOR ANNUAL AUDIT
  • COLLABORATE WITH OTHER BUSINESS UNITS TO ALIGN FINANCIAL STRATEGIES WITH BUSINESS OBJECTIVES

Requirements:

  • PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING QUALIFICATION OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • 5+ YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING, BUDGETING, REPORTING, AND BUSINESS PARTNERING
  • PROVEN ABILITY TO DELIVER HIGH LEVELS OF ACCURACY IN BUDGETING, FORECASTING, AND MONTH-END PROCESSING AND REPORTING
  • HIGHLY DEVELOPED EQ AND SELF-LEADERSHIP SKILLS WITH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AT ALL LEVELS
  • ADVANCED CAPABILITY WITH EXCEL AND PRIOR USE OF BI TOOLS
