Compassionate Care Worker Wanted

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as High Care Needs Workers.

If you have extensive experience in disability and aged care, we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and will be able to provide compassionate care to clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Domestic cleaning
  • Personal care
  • Assisting with daily living activities (ADL's)
  • Transportation

Requirements:
  • Experience: You've worked extensively in high care settings, supporting clients with complex needs. Manual Handling, Hoisting and Transfers experience is essential.
  • Qualifications: A Certificate III in Individual Support and/or equivalent, a Current National Police Check, and a First Aid/CPR Certificate are essential.
  • Driver's licence, Right to Work in Australia, NDIS Workers Screening Card, and Blue Card.
  • Empathy and Compassion: Your ability to connect with clients and provide compassionate care sets you apart.
