About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Tuggeranong Womenswear store to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a sensational customer experience through exceptional communication skills, managing and coaching your team to achieve high standards, and driving sales and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales associates and managers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain store visual merchandising, ensuring a consistent and appealing store image
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including stock levels and replenishment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to improve the store's performance

Requirements



  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering results
  • Proficient in using technology, including POS systems and sales analysis tools
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
