We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at NOVOTEL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests
  • Efficiently take orders and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with breakfast service, including buffet and à la carte, and maintain the presentation of the restaurant
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service periods
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with hotel experience an advantage
  • Knowledge of beverages, including barista coffee, cocktails, and wines, to maximize average spend
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Interest in building genuine connections with guests and colleagues
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with a minimum of three shifts per week
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handling certification, or willingness to obtain
  • Working rights in Australia
