Your Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team at PUMA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience. You will also assist with stock control and ensure superior visual merchandising standards are maintained.

  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Assist customers with purchasing decisions and maintain a thorough knowledge of products.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and meet targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
