About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to lead clinical care in a respected Aboriginal community-controlled health service. This is an incredible opportunity to work in the stunning Kimberley region, leading daily operations by managing staff allocation, patient flow, equipment checks, and team communication.

As a leader, you will support our multidisciplinary team in delivering primary health care, overseeing daily operations, and making key decisions to ensure the success of our service. In this role, you will be responsible for managing budgets, workforce needs, and quality standards while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead clinical care teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes
  • Manage daily operations, including staff allocation, patient flow, and equipment checks
  • Oversee budget management and make key decisions to ensure financial sustainability
  • Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner with AHPRA registration
  • Demonstrated experience working in remote or Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
