Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our centre team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every visitor has an outstanding experience.
- Provide customers with sales solutions when enquiring about memberships and programs.
- Conduct centre tours with prospective members.
- Follow up customers and members as required.
- Promote available programs and services.
- Accurately receipt, process and balance customer payments.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A First Aid certificate.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
